The Parent & Me classes encourage children to explore the world of gymnastics and dance. They will learn exercises on the beams, bars, floor equipment and our 40 foot Tumble Trak trampoline.

Classes are 35 minutes long.

We offer classes 5 days a week. Come to 1 or come to all! They are ALL included in your enrollment.

Ages 1 & 2. Toddlers are invited to perform in our bi-annual Summer Show and Holiday Showcase!
